4. PLAN DE SALUD COMPLEMENTARIO PADRES

Descripción

El Plan de Salud Complementario Padres de la IAFAS FOSFAP es un contrato de prestaciones de servicios de salud de naturaleza voluntaria, dirigido específicamente a los padres (madre o padre) del titular militar que se hayan afiliado hasta el año 2016. Este plan complementa la cobertura obligatoria del Plan Esencial de Aseguramiento en Salud (PEAS). Se financia a través de aportes mensuales que el afiliado paga a la IAFAS.

Este plan otorga cobertura para prestaciones de recuperación de la salud y prestaciones preventivas y promocionales. Incluye atención ambulatoria, atención por emergencia (no accidental y accidental), atención hospitalaria, atención odontológica y prótesis internas quirúrgicamente necesarias. También ofrece una evaluación médica preventiva anual con procedimientos específicos según la edad y el género del afiliado.
